Once you complete your registration, our technicians will immediately configure your account and registration. If any problems should occur, our technical support will contact you as soon as possible.
If you are admissible to the "Get families connected to the Internet" program, you must absolutely subscribe by telephone.
If you were connected to the Internet through another Internet Service Provider, all you need to do is change the TCP/IP configurations to get connected to one of Clair.Net's servers. If you do not know how to configure your TCP/IP, you will find a detailed explanation in our Members -> Technical support section.
If you are a novice and do not know a lot about the Internet, Clair.Net can help you configure your system and get you connected in no time at all. For instructions on what to do, you can access our Members -> Internet access kit section and follow the step by step instructions.

* For all plans offered other than residential or commercial dial-up services, such as Ultra high speed services, you must absolutely fill out a form that will help us determine if such services are available in your sector. If one of our customer service agents has already contacted you and gave you authorization to fill out the online registration form, be informed that all information submitted will strictly remain confidential and be only used for credit verifications. Please make sure that you fill out all fields correctly to avoid delay or refusal of services.
* Note that your inquiry for availability of Ultra high speed services is not considered an immediate approbation and that Clair.Net may refuse any subscription to Ultra services if no positive response was outputted from credit verification.

Connection specifications

- A minimum of 3 month payments are required

- Cancellation of account at the end of a trimester with a written letter sent by mail

If you would like a per-month payment option, you must absolutely make your subscription by telephone. A $25.00 charge is required for registration fees.

To get connected to the Internet, you will need a user name which is provided below, and a password. Your user name will be automatically assigned to you, you may not alter it or change it. Please fill in the following information.
Note : Your email addresses must be between 3 and 8 letters long. Special characters such as (~,',`,^...) and numbers (0-9) are not accepted. Your password must be formed of only letters and numbers (a-z)(0-9). It must be between 5-14 characters long and must contain at least 1 number (0-9).

Note that your email addresses will be verified for availability. If they are already reserved, a Clair.Net customer support agent will contact you as soon as possible. |
